I can tell you my thought on what its about.

I think its mostly the credit side of things.

I believe the transition to Enhanced should have been handled like classic was.
Zero out the credits, give them a @home credit count they can stick on their stats like classic.

Now everybody is crunching from scratch. No advantage given to the top runners who more or less just got a bunch more months on top due to the loss of credits per day under the new system.

Pretty simple fix
