Lots of little things happening around the site at the moment... * Update site, stats and signatures to include TANPAKU * Updated site, stats and signatures to include vtu@home Remember... for each new project (TANPAKU and vtu) to appear in your signatures you MUST add your account number in "Your Details" (see top left menu once logged in) One quick member saw very quickly my slightly humerous spelling mistake at one section calling vtu vtu@homme! Fixed that up grin * Fixed a few bugs relating to team movement stats pages. We this week passed 4400 members signed up at this http://www.boincsynergy.com page. REMEMBER signing up at this page DOES NOT automatically join you in the team (and you have to join at each project individually). Make sure you keep those computers crunching as there are a few teams lurking in the top ten trying to catch us! See at the bottom of the image how my SETI Classic Work Units (in my case 4730) is listed? Well this feature has been turned off for a long time (months)... with all new members who have signed up in the last 6 months at least NOT being able to show their SETI Classic work unit total on their signature. Well this has all changed. Today I wrote some code which sucks this informationfrom your SETI BOINC Account page summary and puts it in my database... meaning next time the signatures are created (remember thats 8 hourly) it will appear! How to get it to work? 1. Make sure your BOINC SETI account has your SETI Classic account linked (it needs to know your email address). This is normally done at the very start of setting up a BOINC SETI account. But you can always do it at any stage... follow this link http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/sah_email_form.php 2. Make sure you SETI Account number is entered in "Your Details" here in the BOINC Synergy web page (see upper left menu if your logged in) 3. Thats it! Once that is done... the script ONCE A DAY checks to see if new members have joined, OR if people have changed their SETI Account number in "Your Details". If either is true, then the databases are updated ONCE per Day. Did I stress ONCE PER DAY? Then 8 hours after that (and from then on), your signature will be correct! Stuck getting it to work?
