Does anyone know if there a reason that the listings within a team are not in any particular order. I tried to click on the headings to possibily sort the displayed results but that does not work. Anyone know what's up? It sure is nice to get some credit...mine changes every 5 or 10 minutes...great job Berkeley!

If I am not mistaken the Team Members are listed in the order of how many Seti Classic WU's that they ran & not how many Credits they have recieved from BOIBC Seti. Hopefully that will change in the future to show the proper order for Credit recieved from Boinc Seti ...

I thought you were right for a minute there PB but I'm 23rd on the classic list and 11th on the BOINC list for USAF. Hmmmmmmm...I'm sure the people at Berkeley will figure it out sooner or later. I think it's best to let them sort out the credits and workload distribution for now.

Thanks for replying...

I think that's the way it was initially when the database was created with the Classic snapshot but some of it's kind of shifted around with no apparent rhyme or reason, and I think once everything is up and running it's supposed to settle back in to listing everyone by their RAC. I hope.

And of course I could be totally out to lunch too.

Sorted team-tables was disabled alongside "pending credit" and similar to decrease load.

The current sorting is still AFAIK your team-standing in "classic" then the BOINC-database was initialized 14. May.
BTW, since userid= your standing in "classic", it's easy to check if the sorting still is like this. :)

Since only someone that's got credit is showing up, you can be #11 in BOINC and #23 in classic. :)

On the BOINC/S@H web page 'team listings', team members are presented in the order of their importation into the database, ie. how many work units they had completed at the time of the import. Don't ask me what will happen with new accounts (non-imported), I truely don't know that.

However, the BOINC developers have left the fancy 'sorting' of the team information to the people that run the 3rd party stats sites. THEY are intended to be the primary source for stats information, and not the web pages on the projects themselves. Don't look for 'team sorting' on the BOINC/S@H website to return.
