I have a workunit in my queue which is listed as "Ready to Report" in the Work column but still on upload retry in the Transfer column. I currently have five workunits waiting to upload including the double counted workunit. Earl F. Parrish |

That isn't a double counted WU. Reporting results is a two step process with BOINC. Immediately after a WU is completed, the results are uploaded. Then you will see the WU has "ready to report" status. Then the WU needs to be reported. This happens automatically, or you can try to force it. However, if the servers are down, you will see what you are talking about. <a> [/url] |

You should not get ready to report until the server has received the results. Once the report is uploaded, it should disappear from the transfer lists and be in the work list as ready to report. If the report is complete, it should show uploading until a successful transfer has occured. Earl F. Parrish |

When a WU is complete, it is both ready to upload and report simultaneously. A result cannot actually be reported until it is uploaded, but a failed upload doesn't change a WUs RTR status, as it is indeed, "ready to report". |
