....it reacts the same as if we arent back to me.

Eg, cant send results, cant download new work.

So what is different the majority of the time - and by that I mean when Seti/Boinc is down - at the moment?

I dont remember Seti itself (classic Seti) being this bad for years so is it just BOINC somehow? Seti home pages dont say anything about this.
