Seems like you are waiting for 3 others to process those same units.
That is how the credits work, 3 people must return the same unit and be similar in credit requests and then the middle of the 3 requests is granted. If you have only returned 8 units total you could be waiting awhile due to the latest outage. Let the system steady out and the credits will come in and get granted fairly quickly.
