I have been trying to change my email address in my online profile. The system says it is sending an email to this new address as part of the process to verify it. My email account never receives this email and my address remains in a 'Pending verification' state. What is wrong?

I would check if the e-mail address you typed in is the correct one.
I made a simple test some one hour ago asking my account ID and I got less then 30 seconds after it a response.

When changing your email address the verification email is sent to the OLD address. You must have access to both email addresses to change your email.
