I have had some problems too, but if this is the way we are going then we've got to work at it. Two things. With boinc you can put another project on so when one is idle the other can have work. http://predictor.scripps.edu/ Predictor at home. This may or may not be a good idea. Predictor gives out work more consistantly than seti so you can find it somewhat overpowering (The ratio of predictor/seti work may be higher than you'd like). Since joining boinc I have flitted back to classic a few times. I still exist and the software is still available as far as I can tell. Mike (not an expert) |
