The old seti program keeps giving me a message of "unknown fatal error":1 how come it won't download new data packet? New BOINC program downloaded ok but did not open. When you change something that has been working fine for so long it only gets screwed up. Would like to continue running this screensaver. I have over 5000 + hrs in running the program. What can be done? Please reply to

Thanks dude! Since I didn't find this on the Boinc site, where do they hide it? What a dream to find the Owner's Manual!
