I have 2 profile on SetiServer for two computer location: work and school.
Now where I can set computer location work, school, home in BOINC manager x Win32?

It's not in the BOINC manager, it's in the general preferences online. Go to "Your Account", then to "View Computers," click on the computer you want to add preferences to, then go to "Location" at the bottom of that screen and change it to "work", "school", or "home".
