The team page right now just shows members with credits. The right numbers of members are shown, but no accounts or names for the 'credit less' members.

As a team founder I have had angry inquiries from members who are actively crunching units - they just haven't got any credits yet.

I do understand that server potential is saved but I also feel very much in the dark about the members of the team.

Example: http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah/team_display.php?teamid=101587

yea, WTF, i had 8 members including myself and i know that 5 are active in normal seti at the moment including me. Now in my group there is only me and another member. WTF is going on, i didn't give seti, permision to mess around in my group, and im sure my members would have liked to stay in my group, when they switch over.

As far as I know, 0 members are still in the database but are just not being displayed. I agree that this may be frustrating to active users who haven't been granted any credit yet. But then again, there really isn't anything to see but a bunch of 0s... And I also don't think you understand the magnitude of the performance boost this most likely gave the servers. I am doing my own stats site (see profile). When they took the 0 members out of the XML stats, my processing time went from 1.5 hours to 2 minutes without any other changes. Less than 0.5% of the user data I was downloading was actually useful. The file size shrank from 1 GB to 7 MB!

I see how a smal segment of users would be upset that they aren't even showing up but I think the gains definitely outweigh the drawbacks on this one. Just tell them to hang in there for a few days until they get some granted credit.

There was a snapshot taken of those pages around the same time as the snapshot was taken for the Seti Classic work unit amounts. Everyone on your teams with zero credits wasn't even registered. Only if you're registered will you show on the pages, as far as I know. Have you returned a couple of workunits, been granted some credits and gotten a RAC and TC, all the better, then you show up better on those pages.

But the team pages still lack control. There's no way (yet) to get the members listed per RAC or TC, they're still jumbled up.

Of course I cannot say for sure that these complaining members have returned units, as the pending credit facility is still off. But I think that at least activated accounts where units have been donwloaded should show up in the team page even if they are 0,00 accounts. Is this possible?

I've just found out that I'm still able to see the members of the team by using team management.

I've noticed that the user_id stats have shrinked a lot. Alas it's still too big for my pc/skills. :-(
