I did almost 1000 units of work on the original SETI, now with BOINC those have not shown up and I'm credited with 135 units. What happened to all that work I've been doing for years?

Look on your account page. Just over half way down you should see something like:

SETI@home member since 16 Jun 1999
Total credit 25,274.93
Recent average credit 189.42

SETI@home classic workunits as of 15 March 2005 -- 1,694
SETI@home classic CPU time as of 15 March 2005 -- 12,814 hours

The methods of calculating credit for SETI Classic and SETI BOINC are completely different, and cannot be directly combined. However your SETI Classic stats will show on your account page and on some third party stats sites.
