The good news, 4.10 seems to crunches units Ok. The bad news, graphics that worked fine on 4.09 do nothing now. No Error, No Graphics. Processing just continues like I never clicked 'Show Graphics'. |

> No Error, No Graphics. Processing just continues like I never clicked 'Show > Graphics'. > Mike, from what i can see by reading the boards, hearing what others are experiencing, and witnessing on my own machine, there seems to be two possible issues that occur with SETI 4.10 (i've had both): a) You click "Show Graphics" and nothing happens at all. OR b) You click "Show Graphics" and they appear choppy and slow, and your work unit ends in a Client Error. I think as more people start crunching 4.10 units we'll see what the problem really is, but in the meantime it seems like as long as you stay away from the graphics options there are no problems. :) Dig |

Thats how I read it Digger. I really only posted to flag it up again for the Devs, rather than tag onto another thread. It really does seem strange that somthing like this wasn't caught in beta testing 4.10.... .....Someone please tell me it was beta tested? |

I, on the other hand, am not seeing this issue on either of the computers I can get to here (the third is at work, turned off until Monday). When I tried it, the graphic did seem a bit choppy, but after closing it, the work unit is still processing. Got integrated video on both computers, nothing fancy here. |
