Personal background
I have always loved science. Mostly anything to do with our universe or even any parallel universes. I am disabled and a veteran of the USAF. I have never believed we were the only life out there. As for hobbies I love fishing , camping, shooting and camping. I have two daughters and a son. All are adults with my son going through culinary school. I also have two granddaughters and a grandson.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I love the idea of being part of a project that believes as I do. There are other worlds with life out there and I hope I live to see the day when we are contacted.
I also believe this project has the best chance of being the first to hear from another world. If I was to suggest anything it would be to continue opening different frequencies. The more we put out the better chance of hearing from another world. I do not buy in to the thought that we could be attracting an aggressive species. If they have been around a lot longer than us then they have probably figured out how to live in peace. The pther reason is how hard it is to fight across the Atlantic ocean. To go across a universe just to fight....well I think it is very unlikely.
So SETI_Home has said I have finished. Is there a new task I can do?
