Hope I'll see our little planet from the space with my own eyes before I finish my time in here.
So I'm used to say that "I can't die before that" ;-)

Joined the macaddict team because I'm a macaddict one… I stopped running Seti for almost one year but I reinstalled it one year ago and haven't stopped since then.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Surely there may be someone out there but they may be smart enough to not communicate with us to stay in peace…?? As long long as we'll fight eachothers I'm not conviced we'll make any public contact. On the other way Maybe we fight each other because of some Megabrained alien who work in shadows… :-\\ who knows?

extraterrestrial life surely exits. And I believe that some call 'Gods' are one or two of them. Imagine yourself thousands years before now, seeing an alien landing in a field !! All what you could imagine is : this is not a human, I'll call it 'god'.
So I don't believe in religion because they brough finally only wars as we can see it today again. there is an intelingence somewhere and because of this intelingence they don't communicate with us. well in fact maybe they do at least with crops circles… and by the way the film signs really disappointed me with the vision of Bad guys, while this is an eventuality. But if they wanted to wipe us out, I guess they would have done long ago and would not have wait for us to get Nuclear knowledge.
to finish I run Seti@home on all my G4&G3 because it's a way of doing something 'good' & smart, and with all the power we've got now with computers and the energy we do waste, we finally 'waste' it for something. :-)
the 6 computers I have do run seti@home everyday & night when not working. and my brand new bi 1,25Ghz/2Go Ram runs it even when I work on it.
