Profile: Markus Larson

Personal background
I currently live in Virginia Beach, VA. I develop test routines for circuit cards to identify the faulty components to replace. In layman terms, I help people fix circuit cards ranging from $50 to over $1 million by buying a .20 cent resistor instead of a whole new card. I also specialize in miniature and micro-miniature Soldering. Trained by the Navy as a 2M Tech.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. I usually mine crypto-currency, but the values have plummeted, so SETI is the perfect way to utilize my equipment.
2. I am a firm believer that we are not the only form of intelligent life, we just haven't discovered it yet. Or they don't think we are ready.
3. Keep on trucking! It will pay off someday.
