Personal background
We the Carcinogenic Biohazard Raptors of waste suffering from severe Dipsomania, the lack of good quality Strip Clubs, always in search of a quantitative anarchy multiplied by the sum of kinetic anxiety plus the frequency divided by 13 antinomians. With stress leading the way, annihilating the absorption rate of a scorching case of herpes and a self realization proved that it was not vegetable spray I used in the pan to cook my Prawns. It was Oven Cleaner. Oven cleaner in the spices cabinet?
On a different note; I started running SETI@Home I believe in mid 80's. The 486 cpu's were fresh on the market so I retired my $1500.00 286 and monochrome display. Each time I moved I upgraded and had to start all over. The sum of all the combined time is unknown. Its up there tho.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I have always believed in the SETI projects/programs. With the exception of our countries current monetary disposition I cannot wrap my head around the lack of funding for such a vital kiosk. I hope we all wont have to wait long for results.
