Personal background
In Carl Sagan's words, I am a multitude of starstuff pondering the stars.

My name is Duy. I am 23 and live in Boston, Massachusetts. I graduated from Boston University with a BA degree in economics. I love computers. I love PC games. I love books. I love running. I love Carl Sagan and Richard Feynman. I love ladies. They raise my temperature and help with all the bodily chemical reactions.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. I cannot help it. Life looks for life.
2. I am highly confident that we will not be able to find extraterrestrial life or any sign of it during my lifetime, the next decade, the next century, or the next millennium. I could be wrong and am happy to be wrong. Imagine what would be of humanity, of us, when we discover, with evidence, that something out there is "making a living." O my, how tantalizing.
Some might say that the project is futile considering the vastness of space and the immensity of time. However, for me the cumulative data gathered by SETI@home are the testament of human endeavors for greatness and unquenchable thirst for knowledge. These are the very meanings of being human.
3. ATI GPU needs love too. Too much love for Nvidia :(
