Sure ET Life exists! were all a species living on a planet in outer space.. why wouldn't there be others?
Transmit a beacon? seems like a waste of time if you ask me, that would be like shooting a gun straight up and expecting to hit a fly... it would have to be a REAL big beacon for anyone (else) to notice.
I run SETI@home to help out, the more processing power the better.. just want to do my part ;-)
