My name is Richard (AKA Cosmo) and I'm 35 years old. I live in a small village called Brownstown in the Republic of Ireland.
What do I do for a living?
I am a Web Designer with over 75 Websites under my belt. My main clients range from small businesses to individuals just looking to create a family website.
What are my interests?
I have always had a keen interest in the cosmos and I run my own website, Ultimate Universe, which is running since October 2009. I have always been interested in SETI and back in 1999 I took part in the SETI@home project. My participation only lasted about 3 weeks as my house was broken into resulting in my computer being stolen!
At the start of 2010 I joined PADDY'S IN SPACE and immediately downloaded the SETI@home software.
I will certainly enjoy my participation with the SETI@home project. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I run SETI@home because I am a firm believer in life outside our world. I participated in the project back in 1999 and I am delighted to be able to assist in the search once again.
I have told many of my friends about the project and I must say that I was shocked to hear from them that they never heard of SETI! I began to realise that it was only people that have an interest in the topic, actually know about the project.
Personally, I think that it is in the best interests of humanity that the search continues. I have placed a link to the SETI@home project on the home page of my website, Ultimate Universe, in the hope that visitors to my site will be directed to you. |
