Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home I cannot fathom anything more exciting than to discover life, intelligent or not, beyond the Earth. Two reasons that extraterrestrial beings would visit Earth are curiosity and a need for resources. I hope that this search will not result in Earth becoming an extraterrestrial café featuring human cuisine but rather a universal oasis where we could welcome visitors with open arms. Or wouldn’t it be cool to just have some email pals out there… somewhere. Your feedback on this profile
