Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1/ I started computing 20 years ago, with a 86286 + 287 at 12 MHz to draw Mandelbrot curves (16 colors !).
I discovered SETI 10 years ago and I subscribe. Lost my account and subscribe again this year.
Today my PC is enough powerfull to spend 99% of its time waiting to do something. So I use Boinc and choose several projects related to Astronomy to use my PC in something usefull for the general benefits.

2/ My views about SETI are :
Using "useless time" of our PC's is a very great idea.
Is SETI just a sweet dream ? Two answers :
- if you don't act, you won't know.
- I believe there will be results one day (1 year, 10 years, 100 years...).

3/ no suggestions.
