Retired Disabled Veteran. Served in the USARMY, US AIR FORCE, and California Air National Guard. Worked in Telecommunications and Computers for about thirty years. Still involved with Computers. Witnessed first off-world Space Craft in summer of 1989. First joined SETI in late 80's pre-BOINC. When SETI changed their computing program, lost login and six years of credits ... that really sucked. Rejoined the SETI project again in 2008 and started back at square one.
Hobby bee keeper, enjoy woodworking, metal-working, gardening, mountain biking, in-line skating, hunting and fishing, working with my golden retrievers and enjoy searching for ET !
We can’t possibly be THE ONLY intelligent ( ? ) species in infinite space. To think we’re the only planet with intelligent life would be too ignorant and arrogant ! That's why I enjoy providing computing time to SETI ! |
