Hello @all,
I'm living in Frankfurt am Main, Germany and finishing my study - I hope to get a mechanical engineer in september or october :-). We'll see.
I have joined the team 'Planet3DNow!' some time ago. In my non-digital life, I try to spend as much time as possible with my two dogs (Barry and Bora).
Another hobby: reading. The focus is science fiction. What else :-) ?
The other member of this subteam is my brother. He is 20 now and half a year ago he joined this account.

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| Of course there is life out there. There is only one question: Which way of communication do they use? Maybe they've got completely other technologies to communicate. But I think, the SETI@HOME project is right - there has to be at least one (!) civilisation using "radio", just like we do. So I'm sure, that in some time there will be a artificial signal approaching earth. As a fan of science fiction literatur I do not need the address of alien civilisations to know they're existing. I just know it. |
