My name is Stephen, I'm 30 years old. I'm your average husband and father. I've always been fasinated by all fields of science that happen to do with space. When I was in college I remember the first seti at home program and ran it all day and night on my college computer. Other things got important and this got pushed back out of the way. I was watching a program the other night and it reminded me of this program, I'm gald to see it's still up and going and massively improved since then.

I run SETI@HOME because I believe that we are fools to think ourselves to be the only life in the cosmos. I'm sure we'll find another race somehow someway and if this is how we find it, I'll be proud to be a part of it.
I haven't got any real views on this project, other than it's a great way to get a massive work force together for free to do such a huge thing. Keep it up becuase as every year goes by the personal computer because twice as powerful as it was the year before, soon we'll be sailing though this data.
