| My name is Mary Joe Wilson-Hauge. I am 50 years old. I was born in Spokane,WA., in 1956. I have one brother, Norman Wilson, of Spokane,WA., he is 51 yoa, a younger sister, Margaret Nickerson, of Spokane,WA., she is 49yoa, an older sister, Merlee Nickerson, of Alexander,ND., she is 52yoa. In 1980, I began work at the Gillette Police Department as a Dispatcher, then later, as an Ordinance Officer. While employed for the City of Gillette, I met my husband, Rodney, who was employed then as a Police Officer. He is now currently, Administrative Lt.. He too, began working for the City of Gillette in 1980. Rodney was born in Tacoma, WA. We got married, on my birthday, 7/31 in Gillette, at The Holy Trinity Epicopal Church in 1982. I was educated in nursing,Gillette,WY at the Northeastern Wyoming Community College at the Gillette Campus and graduated in 1988. I worked for Dr. James J. Naramore and then for the Gillette Pioneer Manor Nursing Home until my retirement in 1999. I retired due to my diagnosis of R.S.D. (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) in 8/99. My hobbies include; photography, playing piano & guitar, singing, ceramics, painting, sewing, crochet, fancy work, & much more! |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I've just joined & installed the SETI@home. From what I have read and what the media has put out is keeping in mind that if we all work together in this project someone, somewhere, will hit upon something as an indicator of another life form on another planet besides Earth. The more people working on this project, the more chances we have of discovering alien life forms at any level. |
