| I'm an Engineer, a Unix fan, I wasn't always... only the last 30 years, it grew on me. Space is fascinating, even if nobody else 'lived' out there, which anyway they almost certainly do. I have been intrigued by the Wow! signal, and what a tiny area of our heavens we are listening to. SETI was fun when I first started to run the program, I used to run the visuals! I don't worry about that these days, just run the program on a couple of dev clusters. I look forward to us finding a(another) signal....... |
