| Hi! I'm 33 and live in the state of Delaware in the USA! I'm an avid fan of tea, movies, books, and technology. I'm an incident manager at Comcast for the X1 platform. Interesting things about me...I've done voice over work for an anime series called Shonen Onmyouji, where I played the character Suzaku for the English dub. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I run SETI@Home in part because there's a tremendous amount of data needing crunching, and I've got a computer that's idle most of the time, so why not? I've had a few accounts and have gone on and off with running consistently, but hoping to remain solid from here on out. Mostly I'm running on my gaming rig, and then on some tablets, Pis, and even a C.H.I.P. computer. They aren't the most efficient, but every bit helps. I think this project is great because it's a concerted global effort that everyone can assist with. I also enjoy some of the competitive nature of it, seeing how my rig is holding up comparatively is great! |
