Profile: Marc

Personal background
My name is Marc, I live in Quebec, Canada. I'm a FreeBSD addict, I have 4 personal machine with FreeBSD installed on them and 1 with a hacked XP for gaming. I despise Microshits deeply. I once did the mistake of actually paying for XP until it got infected with a silly worm, and in order to clean it up had to reinstall XP, and MS insisted on selling me another cdkey, so I said screw you MS I'm hacking you POS OS for everyone I know. Personally I think UNIX will one day rule the internet and personal machines. Advanced Networking is my 'forte'. 1 of my machines is my gateway/router, and another PII is my OpenBSD firewall for my entire network.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run seti@home on my PentiumD 3.8 machine while gaming online. That machine kicks ass.

My views about the project:
I think SETI@home is an awesome idea and I support it whole heartedly.

Suggestion:
Perhaps make the program not so eager to download more 'work' before the others are completed. perhaps make it ask permission to grab more projects. Other than that, I would strongly suggest more people sing-up to the project.
