Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
SETI and SERENDIP project are projects which I closely watch. Today\\'s fiction seeds for tomorrow\\\\\\'s reality. We have a long history of such moments when we considered ourself alone somewhat considering ourself sole authority on intelligence. But everytime we had this notion, time has proved it differently. Starting from point when we were living as Sapiens, in stone age, man\\\\\\'s own herd was all he knew about. later small groups, tribes considerd themself all alone in the world (that time\\\\\\'s universe for them) untill they came across other races, other people.

And now, when we have explored that there are lot many world, lot many stars and planets. It makes infinite possibilities of having planets and habitats to support intellegent life. Now the only thing that matters is the time to find them, contact them. SETI is one such effort in getting those unknown worlds closer.
