| I am 53 years old and live in Clearwater, Florida. I love to read, watch movies, and enter sweepstakes (actually, I prefer winning sweepstakes). I am retired due to a medical condition. I am basically homebound so I spend a lot of time on the computer. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I think the sharing of all of our computers to search for extra-terrestrial intelligence and for other scientific projects is a wonderful way to connect with the world. Having my computer used for scientific projects when I am not using it is a wonderful use of my resources.
I am a science fiction buff and have, for years, wondered if there is other life out there in the great beyond. Being a part of the SETI@home project makes me feel I am doing some small part to investigate that possibility. |
