I live on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. I'm originally from Nova Scotia, moved out here about 15 years ago, and never left. I think I have stayed here mainly because of my dislike of shoveling snow. Not that I like rain, but it sure beats snow.
I now work on various civil construction projects in a variety of positions, depending on the project size. It involves a lot of travel, but at least I get to return to the island on days off. |
