Hello. I am currently living in Minnesota, born in 1988 and have been with SETI@home since Nov. of 2005. I share it 50/50 with Rosetta@home. The computer processing helps keep the house warm in the winter ;) I am a part time vending technician (mechanical and electrical) and a college student.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
There is an itch in the back of my mind that tells me that we are not the only ones floating around in space. Hopefully the computers I have working for SETI will help take that extra step closer to some conclusions. While other computers 'sleep' or 'standby' mine are working as hard as they can. Open those memory chips and cpu times!
