Personal background
Hi, Craig Suits here...I'm 76 now and just got back to running Seti@home once again. I've always been fascinated with electronics and at the age of 15, got my ham radio license (WN2HFN). Then I discovered girls and that was the end of that. My second love is music and back then I played guitar in a 50's rock and roll band for 15 years. Those were great years of good clean fun. I've been an electronic tech all my life and still manage to create new products and send more components than I would like to admit to Stovokor. The level of scientific and mathematical knowledge I see with the Seti program is staggering. What you guys have done with this home data analysis is one of the great 100 inventions of the century...
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Doing what you guys do has to be one of the most important endeavors on the planet. Alas, I decided to raise four children rather than go to MIT and become a part of your fantastic, scientific world. At least now, I can add a very tiny contribution to the Seti project and hope to get lucky. One thing I've learned in life is that if you quit, you loose.
