Hi there, my name is David. I'm a chemical laboratory technician born 1985 in Austria. My hobbies are (uh oh.. what else could it be..) science fiction (:D) Fantasy and Computers.. but also languages and ancient history (I'm going to study linguistics next year) What else could I tell you? I have grey/blue eyes, brown hair and.. what am I telling.. beneath is my picture - see yourself ;D
And most important thing in my life is my girlfriend, which I'm going to mary some day *cough*
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. I'm interessted in proving the existence of extraterrestrial lifeforms and therefor I was searching stuff about the possibilities to do so. Tadaa.. seti@home AND of course the original nasa seti project are exactly what I was searching for.
2. I have the feeling that someday we will find E.T. out there.. no matter if it is this project or anything else.. of course it would be great if seti@home is the "one"
SETI@home and Astropulse are funded by grants from the National Science Foundation, NASA, and donations from SETI@home volunteers. AstroPulse is funded in part by the NSF through grant AST-0307956.
