Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Want to resume running Seti @ home to contribute in a small way to the SETI
project.
I think the SETI project is a wonderful idea and although like everyone involved recognize that the odds are extremelt small that something definative will be found the
search nonetheless is important. The distributed processing desing
of SETI @ home is an important feature to engage and interest individuals
from around the world.
SETI@home and Astropulse are funded by grants from the National Science Foundation, NASA, and donations from SETI@home volunteers. AstroPulse is funded in part by the NSF through grant AST-0307956.
