I found a new hobby, astro-imaging with my T3i camera. It's fun! So I thought why not help out trying to find ET with my personal computer. I'm in my mid 30s and I work as a web developer/programmer for a niche marketing area of Truck Driver Recruitment. Its an interesting profession.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I would like my computer to work while I am away. No rest for my 8core AMD CPU!
My thoughts about SETI@home... It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I hope that they can pinpoint areas of the sky where we (collective of researchers who are human) have found planets orbiting other stars. It might increase our odds? Maybe they are doing that now, I don't know.
