Hello there, I have never really liked these "About You" boxes but here we go.
I am not working right now, taking a break from life while I work on myself.
I'm a recovering drug addict. After quitting drugs I developed anxiety and depression issues. Currently taking Effexor XR to deal with Social Anxiety Disorder and Depression. It is going ok so far but there is still a long road ahead.
Living in Northwest Alabama in the small town of Haleyville. Population of 4500 give or take.
I am really worried about Global warming and the obvious changes in the climate that have been going on for the past 2 or 3 years. This year so far an Island off the coast of India has gone under water and scientists are thinking about putting Polar Bears on the endangered species list because the ice sheets are melting and the Bears are drowning.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Seti@home has been a project that I have been involved in since the beginning. The idea is a new frontier for massive computer networking. It is a very interesting concept and will hopefully have amazing results.
