I was born and raised here in California. Currently I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and am 23 years old. I work for the San Mateo County Community College District as a Systems Administrator. I have my degree in computer science and am looking forward to transfering to state to finish my 4 year. I like to build computers and felt that my spare cycles could benefit Seti. Also, it makes me feel like I'm doing something worth while.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
There are aliens. I'm not sure what benefit we will get when we prove this, but I'm sure it will change the world drastically. I hope I get to see it happen. I imagine that once everyone is aware of a larger system of life, we will reach a new consciousness.
