Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Tarter whilst studying for my Masters and shared with her that I had already been a SETI@home participant for quite some time. I run the project because of my deep commitment to space science and an intuitive nudge that, evolution being what it is, we are but one of trillions of inhabited planets. It is an honor to contribute computer time and the added expense of electricity to searching for our neighbors.
