My name is Rick and I am from Cincinnati, Ohio. I started my SETI research back in 2004. I am currently a member of team BAUT. I have been interested in space exploration since Neil Armstrong first stepped on the moon back in 1969.
I was only 7 years old at the time, but very impressionable! Since that time astronomy has been a passion and a hobby. I really enjoy being a part of the SETI program even if it is in a small way.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I feel that SETI@home is a worthwhile project and a very clever way to get people involved in the search.
