Hi all, I'm a mother of three who lives and works in Sydney, Australia. Apart from three kids I also have two cats, a dog and a husband and I figure if my computer ends up working half as hard as I work then it's going to be donating a hell of a lot of computing power to SETI@home..
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run SETI@home because my computer is only used for a small percentage of each day - why not put it to use working on something that may benefit mankind?
Stopped doing SETI@home for a long while but I think the updated program and option to choose different projects is great.

SETI@home and Astropulse are funded by grants from the National Science Foundation, NASA, and donations from SETI@home volunteers. AstroPulse is funded in part by the NSF through grant AST-0307956.
