Personal background
Howdy!

I live in the NE Atlanta. I've been here 21 years (Good Gosh) and am still loving it. I was raised on the Redneck Rivieria (Florida Panhandle) which I love to visit because of its snowy white beaches.

I am crazy about 3 1/2 things: HORSES, C/W Dancing, Men, and gaining ground, Latin Dancing.

I have been involved with horses since the age of 7 when my mother started riding and got me hooked as well. I started out doing Hunter/Jumper with my 14.2h grade (very hot blooded) mare, Junebug. We were never very good with the Hunter part but we excelled at Jumping. Then I discovered the world of Dressage and jumped with all 8 limbs into it. When I became too tall for Junebug, we but my 16h TB gelding, Raja. With Raja I competed through AHSA 1st level and dabbled at 2nd level. I also discovered the eventing where we competed through USEA Training Level. I have concluded that I am a Dressage rider who like to Jump/Event. At present, Raja is retired in Florida with my family. Junebug made her transition many years before. At present I volunteer with a therapeutic riding program in Atlanta. I do about 6 hours every week and love it. It get my horse fix and it is wonderful to work with the special needs kids and sometimes adults.

I have been a 2-stepper/line dancer for 18 years and find no end to my addiction to it. I have just started learning how to Salsa, Merengue, Cha-Cha, and last but not certainly least Argentine Tango (to die for). I don't know many moves in Latin dancing but the movement and music gets your blood a'flowing.
::
And finally MEN! What more do I need to say.
::
I have been an AS/400 Systems Analyst/Programmer for over 20 years now and still greatly enjoy my work. To me programming is just an extension of my playtime. What more could you ask for. :-)
