| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

Someone once said that if we are alone in the Universe it would be an incredible waste of space. But I feel that either the Universe is a waste of space or we are for not trying to find out. While we are waiting for the technology to catch up with Star Trek and 'boldly go where no man has gone before', I'm pleased to lend a hand to SETI.
Of course if the first turns out to be the case, we're in for the long haul and SETI will have to find some very patient sponsors! |
