Personal background |
I'm an incurable dreamer. I have mostly worked in humanitarian aid, both at home and overseas. My interests lie in things like ancient history, history of sciences and what is still known as science-fiction. I don't really believe that anything is sufficiently improbable to be impossible. |
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
I love the idea of SETI@home. It's so much better to spread the work, and not spend trillions of dollars on super computers. And making a thing like this public shows that trust and sharing still mean something in this crazy world today.
I think it's only a matter of time when we will see the intelligent life around us. Especially because I think we should reconsider if our definitions of intelligent life are really absolute. It WOULD be such a waste of space, and nature would hardly do something as silly as that.
Just a matter of time... |
