I am a retired chef from the Central Coast of California where I worked for Cal Poly State University, Campus Dining as the Catering Chef for 21 years.
I currently reside and work partime in Gainesville Florida, home of the University of Florida...Go Gators! Somehow I prefer the Mustangs.
