| My name is Ben Althauser. I am 22 years old and I live in Oolympia, Wa. I write electronic dance music in my spare time and will be going to college here soon for computer programming and audio production. I like Mexican pizza, macaroni and cheese, and artichokes. My favorite color is blue. I have a pet lemon tree that I started growing from an organic lemon I ate. It's name is Stuart and it's about 8 inches tall. I think SETI is freakin cool. | Yes I do believe that there is life on other planets. It's not like we were the ONLY active sludge in the galaxy. People neglect to see that something as simple as energy radiated from stars and/or rotations of planets set off from a possible catalyst are indeed a form of life. Most scientists will argue "well it isn't a comprehensive being". If this is true, then the only other reasonable explanation for our existence must be a divine one - meaning that if we did not originate from the living system that we live within (on some level) then we must have been brought here by the magical little people that live in my dreams. So you all want to know the secret of finding life on other planets eh? You know that feeling that someone is looking at you.. and you turn around and they are like 500 feet away... I would like science to explain that. Therein lies you answer to where we are headed and what beacon we should use. Call it a time distorted hormonal/adrenalin instinct, or call it "psychic" - a metaphysical consciousness does exist. another beacon you should use is not just signals, but harmonics, because think about how music makes you FEEL note in the ear perhaps, but how the vibrations release different chemicals within the human brain. Aliens prolly listen to psy-trance. SETI is da bizzy bizzomb, and I love that you guys are believers!! :D |
