Well, obviously, I am latin. 42 year old single full figued woman with no kids. I was born and raised in New Orleans Louisiana. My Mom, Dad, brothers and sister were all born in Nicaragua and I came along six years later while my partents were living in New Orleans. Since my Dad was going to school at UCLA, they tried to live in Los Angeles but my Mom thought it was to fast a lifestyle.
My Dad played music and really wanted to persue that part of his tallents so they decided on New Orleans. Home of Jazz. Well, enough about them, now about me. I love playing volleyball. Even though there is no beach here, we do have a big facility where we have about 18 sand courts called Coconut Beach.
I have been playing there for about 10 years. Love the sport although getting older is catching up with me when it comes to volleyball. Mornings are rough after a long night of matches. But I love it and will continue to play until my body can't take it any longer. I love music, mostly soul, R&B, some rap, alternative. Anything that touches my soul. This is a great city for music lovers. If you've never been, come. The summer has the best festivals. French
Quarter Fest, Jazz Fest, you name it. Love black men. Didn't know it until about 9 years ago. It's true what they say, once you go black... Don't knock it until you try it. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| Of course there are extraterrestrials. I have always felt it. When I was a kid, I remember watching an Alfred Hichcok film. Not sure what the name was but it was about a world where people lived and at the end, it ended up that the world they lived in was in being watch by other humans. Like is was a small scale of our world like a globe on the desk of a teacher. I don't know how it will happen but I know it will and it will be the best thing to happen to us that we can ever imagine. We should always try and contact life outside of our world. Any kind of peaceful information that would encourage other life to contact us. I run Seti@home on the off chance that I become the character of Jodi Foster in Contact. May not the one to go out to meet them but I want to be the one to discover that they were there all along. KEEP THE PEACE! |
