Personal background
My life these days are full of Activities. I currently have my own computer/printing/photography company (www.netlogix.us) that keeps me busy during the day. I am also on 3 different Rescue/Fire departments. I'm the EMS Chief on the Wheatland fire department, Vice President and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors at Silver Lake Rescue and an EMT-IV Tech on Twin Lakes Rescue. So between my day job and the rescue work, I don't get much down time these days.

I grew up in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. I'm happily married to my lovely wife Jane now for the past 12 years. I'm a pretty down to earth guy who is always willing to lend a helping hand, or just an ear to a friend. I enjoy outdoor photography and camping with my wife and friends, or just sitting around the fire pit in my back yard visiting with family and friends. I'm also very interested in Astronomy and enjoy checking out the heavens with my 12" reflecting telescope.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
For as long as I can remember I've been interested in computers. I've always had a fascination with Supercomputers and the work they do in helping us figure out how the laws of physics work. Seti@home is an awesome project that brings people from all over the world together to work on a single task. I believe like so many who are a part of Seti that there is life outside our solar system waiting to be found. This project brings together several of my hobbies; including computing, science, and astronomy.
