Personal background
Ok. I am thirteen years old at the moment and I live in Edinburgh. Currently, I attend Liberton High School, 2nd year, and I am currently in the top class for English, French and Science. I am in the second top class in Maths, but I am heading into top class. My favourite thing to do is write stories or poetry. I have written an Italian one called Roma!

{{{Molti hanno detto,
quella Roma non vivranno.
Per le guerre sembriamo a envoke.
Non posso aiutare ma pensare,
quel mabey che sono di destra,
E quello dovremmo lasciare il mandato
per una volta dentro le nostre vite.

Ma no! Non possiamo!
Siamo combattenti nati!
Continueremo le battaglie che abbiamo portato.
Non possiamo portarli tutti,
ma ora non daremo in su,
Per siamo i campioni del mondo conosciuto
intero e non perdiamo mai una lotta!
Siamo Roma!}}}

Apart from that, I love to draw. I can draw anything I can think of and I love to draw animals. People are my second favourite. I like to design robots, but I have never gotten round to building them yet. Maby because I haven't got time. Anither thing, I am very interested in mechanical and technologicaly advanced things. I have been secretly working on some secret plans of mine, but, isn't coming on too well. Not a secret anymore. Oh, and I have included a picture of my recently deceased dog. Bogey was his name. He was my best friend ever and I love him still so much.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Well, I personall think that there is life out there somewhere. I cannot just deny that we are the only source of life in any place possible. Or time for that matter. As for when and how man will discover it, I haven't the faintest idea. For all we know, we could discover it any second, or in thousands of years to millions. Who knows. Benefits, they are that we will have found out that we are not alone, and we could perhaps have an intergalactic relationship with an entirely different species, or even better. I run SETI@home because I want to find out if my beliefs are true. And even if, in my lifetime, I can't find anything, it won't cease my belief in life out there. I think that the project has come a long way since it started, and will continue to grow in popularity for many a year to come.
